It’s the last week to participate in Paul’s game, and I’m about to get serious!
HAHAHA not really. For some reason I am not all that competitive over this game series that Paul has gifted us with. Maybe the reason I’m not so competitive is because all the questions are about Paul and I either know the right answer or I don’t, there’s no sweet talking, or batting my eyelashes, or pouting or flirting my way to a better score. It just is what it is. I am a little jealous that Aaron comes up with these amazing introductions each week, but I just can’t be bothered at 8am to think of such things, and anyway, Aaron does it so well so why would I take away from his excellent writing?
Week 1 I got gold, 2 bronze, and 3 silver. Week 4, I was almost last place with only 1 correct answer. And let me tell you why: if I don’t know the answer right away I just guess. Like I don’t even think about it. I am currently in 3rd place overall with 15 points over the last 4 weeks. So I still could get an overall medal.
And with that – here are the final week’s questions. True or False, all about Paul. I read them over in his post and I am confident I might know one answer. Let’s do this!

You Share: Here are some possible topics for you to discuss.
Did you have any pets? Have you ever gotten lost? Have you ever found money? Are you a cleaner? When was the last time you fell? Do you drink coffee? Do have any superstitions? What do you like to write with? What cooked vegetables do you like? When do you eat dinner?
Okies, so yes I do have pets. But like I don’t. For my 20th birthday I was allowed to get a puppy. He is my babes and I love him. But he lives with my parents. He loves my dad and when I moved out for my last semester of university he stayed with my parents and I just never got him back. I’m kind of glad too because he has a lot of health problems and my dad is his best friend and he has the love and attention and stability I know I could not give him. This kind of makes me rethink the desire to have a baby….like do I really think I will last 18 years taking care of a human? I’m honestly not too sure….especially considering I had a succulent for about 2 months before it “accidentally” fell off my air conditioner into the street three stories below….
I’ve pretended to hide from my mom while shopping and then gotten “lost” because me and my brother couldn’t see her in the store haha.
I have found money! Once, I was in the nursery at church and I looked out the window and there in the parking lot was a $20! I ran down and got it. And then it was mine.
I am a cleaner. Like I think I have swept my new apartment about a bazillion times since I got here. But I also think that is a byproduct of my last living situation. I HATE with a firey passion any dishes left in the sink. I wash up while I cook, or while things are cooking. Now that I live in my own place, I will wait until after eating and wash up everything all at once. But the only thing sitting in my sink over night would be a water glass. I’m still building the habit of doing like a more substantial clean though. Since it’s just me, I think every 2 weeks is ok? And I don’t have much to clean anyway. Once I get back to work I think the 2 weeks will be quite alright since I won’t be here all day using things and making things dirty haha. And I never dust. I need to dust.
I can’t remember the last time I fell…..
I do drink coffee!! I have a little 5 cup machine and make 2 cups in it each morning. It fills my favourite morning cup (it says Canadian as Puck on it and has hockey sticks crossed over a maple leaf) about 3/4 full. And that’s enough for me!
I’m not really superstitious – just a little stitious.
I have recently discovered Flair pens after all my teacher friends and one teacher I follow on Instagram were raving about them and I have to admit I do quite like them!! BUT if I’m writing in my day book, it has to be a pencil. I also really love these purple pens that my old school had ordered a few boxes of and no one else liked them so I just took the last box and kept it in my classroom and then when I was cleaning out my room I took the rest with me so I have like 4-6 of them hahahhaha
I like a lot of cooked vegetables but I am so lazy with cooking them! I love just getting frozen veggies cos they are a mix in the bag and easy to change up and keep for a long time in the freezer and easy to add to a lot of meals. But then I just end up heating them in the microwave or boiling them and that’s just not super delicious! So give me ideas people.
I usually eat dinner early. Like 5pm early. I sleep better if I have a longer time between dinner and bed and if I want an “evening snack” I hate eating it later than like 7ish so I have to eat dinner early to accommodate any evening snacking lol
Paul these Blogger Games were an amazing idea! I loved them and I loved that I didn’t get all invested and overly competitive about them. Thank you for always taking the time to think of ways to get your blogging community involved with other people.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go shine up my Captain’s Quiz Crown to wear for the day and wait for the next installment of that.
I love to roast sweet potato chunks in the oven with a bit of olive oil and brown sugar and keep it in the fridge to eat throughout the week. Yum!

First off – a moment of silence for the poor succulent.
A big thank you for participating in this for the last 5 weeks and being enthusiastic about it!
Most teachers (that I can remember) had nice writing whenever making comments on assignments. I’m starting to think it was the type of pen they used hmmm sneaky.
I agree, a substantial clean every 2 weeks is good enough since it’s only you, it’s not that big, and it’s not like you’re leaving a mound of garbage in a corner.

Haha I felt a little bad about the succulent but not really lol I was bored with it 😂
Haha the pen doesn’t really change how I write. Maybe the size of the words, but now really the niceness of it.
And if the Paul agrees, then its good enough for me haha

I like to think you’ll have a little bit more of an emotional investment in your child than your plant, lol. But maybe you could start easy and buy a little cactus in a pot. I have one on my kitchen bench (spiky).
