Anyone want to earn some cash?

Since I started my new instagram account for my nails, I have been entering a lot of contests. I guess since my personal account is private, then I don’t get a lot of suggested sponsored posts or whatever. BUT with the nail account, I get lots of stories for contests!

And since all of us reading this page are writers, I thought that I would share this one with you.

The site is Vocal. And I haven’t been on it to explore because I am in the middle of report cards and things, BUT I have discovered a few things:

  1. There are two different accounts. A free one and one you pay for.
  2. If you pay for one, you can enter contests.
  3. Every read of a story you post gets you money
  4. If you enter one of their contests, you can win $20,000.

So here you are my fellow writer darlings:

To all those who are going to enter, good luck. To those who are looking to just make a little extra cash for their own life through writing, even more luck!

I haven’t decided if I will get a paid account or just post some stories or nothing at all, but $20,000 for a short story made me need to share it all with you.

    • Yes the free account has payment options. You pay more commission on your views and you can’t enter contests. But right now its $4.99 for 3 months instead of $9.99 so not bad! Idk if its per month or for the whole three but either way haha

      • It could be very profitable if you’re able to build a following on Vocal! I think you get paid for every 1000 views if I read the FAQs right. $4.99 for 3 months is not bad, and it’s an extra incentive to write more often 🙂
