Grandpa Simpson is the best Simpsons’ character!
YES I said it! He offers much needed hilarity and annoyance. He isn’t in every episode but the ones that he is in, he is the star of the show. He has a rich back story, and is a loving grandfather. Even if he is a little bit on the senile side. But that happens.
So there ya have it friends – Grandpa Simpson is the best character.

I know someone who tells stories exactly like him. Hilarious on The Simpsons. Painful in real life.

Haha omg I know someone too! But I love him dearly and if he wants to tell me about the time he got his first violin EVERY single time I see him? Then so be it! He was also just diagnosed with early onset dementia so it’s also a sad thing because his memories will soon be gone 🥺

Yah know, it’s been forever since I have watched The Simpsons. I started watching when I went to uni (I think that would have been about series 3). And I watched for a number of years, but then something shiny and sparkly distracted me (possibly Farscape?). But I did like Grandpa.

Oh goodness! They aired the year I was born or the year before (87 or 86) so I missed quite a few seasons 😂 but now that I have Disney + I’m working my way through it. I’m on season 8 since February!! Haha
