2020 Buzzfeed Predictions

Welcome to my annual post about how my new year is going to be based on quizzes from Buzzfeed.

Peeps and Meeps! (omg it’s been a long time since I typed those words!) Welcome to 2020 on NLFF. I am excited to actually devote some time to this blog, and why not start with my annual post about what my 2020 will look like based on Buzzfeed quizzes? Because they are scary accurate! I took one yesterday, while getting the ones for this post, and it was going to guess my mom’s name and IT DID! So obviously the rest of this post is going to be true. Here we go! As always, links will open to a new page so don’t worry about clicking the quiz links!

Right off the bat, since I don’t make any new years resolutions, I decided to let Buzzfeed tell me what I needed to promise myself. I designed my dream home and was told that my resolution was to spend more time with my friends. That’s actually a pretty decent resolution. Good job Buzzfeed! But also I planned a vacation and was told my resolution should be to stop cursing so much – but everyone who knows me knows that I don’t curse anyway…like at all…with regular curse words. Sure I’ll throw in a gosh darn it! or a sweet baby Jesus! here and there but that’s basically about it.

For New Years specifically, I was supposed to kiss my crush at midnight and I didn’t. And I was supposed to be spending today in Las Vegas – again, not true because right now I am chilling in my room in Toronto.

I was told that based on my goals, 2020 will bring me: Love. That’s right! I’m going to have love this year! Which is great because I fell in love in 2018 and really nothing good in the romance department happened in 2019 so fingers crossed for 2020! 2020 is actually really fun to type. I’m going to do it a lot in this post because it’s just so much fun. So don’t hate me – I love you guys! Hehe – see? Already have love! BOOM! Onto the next!

Now, this is where it gets a little bit confusing. Based on my goals, I’m going to have love, but now based on the food I chose, my relationship status is going to be “you’re going to take some time for yourself”. Buzzfeed – ya can’t have it both ways. Like am I taking a break or am I finding love? I am also going to be bisexual in 2020. I’m going to say this one is a hard nopes.

Either way – super exciting news! 2020 is going to be my year. Overall it’s going to be “pretty good“. Plus – I’m going to win the lottery! I’m going to travel to Buenos Aires, Argentina. And I’m going to discover a new hobby. I am also going to be meeting Taylor Swift, having kids (so I guess I am finding love?), moving into a new house, and I’m going to gain new followers on Instagram.

This year is going to be one of self-growth. My lucky days are going to be May 4th, August 21st, November 2nd. With my luckiest day being August 21st (same date TWO DIFFERENT QUIZZES! It’s got to be real, guys!)

My year is looking like it’s going to be a great one and it’s just begun! Thankfully with easy traveling and some fun times with my brother as we were driving, the first day has been a hit! I’m glad to be home so I can slowly ease myself back into my regular sleep schedule and get all the stuff done for work that I didn’t do over the last 10 days because I made the choice to leave all my school stuff in Toronto.

Wishing you all the best in 2020, no matter what your Buzzfeed quizzes tell you!

  1. Happy New Year, T! Can’t wait to see what happens on August 21 (although they didn’t even get close on my Mum’s name). I do believe 2020 is going to be a good year though ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Haha I canโ€™t wait to see what happens either!! Iโ€™ll have to write it down in my calendar so I can remember to take notice of that day lol

My mom has a pretty common name, a very typical โ€œmomโ€ name lol but still surprised they got it correct! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Hereโ€™s to an amazing year for both of us!! ๐Ÿฅ‚
