Dan Turple played for the Rangers for about a season and a half.
He started off the 2004-2005 season with the Oshawa Generals and was traded to the Rangers where he stayed until the end of the 2005-2006 season. Once traded, he played a fair number of games for the Rangers, 40 that first partial season. Before the Rangers, he played for two other OHL teams; the Kingston Frontenacs and the Oshawa Generals. He was drafted in the 2004 NHL draft by the Atlanta Thrashers, 186th overall, but never played in the NHL. His stats run out in the 2008-09 season with him playing in the ECHL for the Gwinnett Gladiators.
Since Dan was traded in halfway through my grade 12 year, I honestly don’t remember him that much. I feel like these last few posts have been a little bit on the bogus side because I have nothing to say about the players. Other than Dan was a goalie, and everyone loves a goalie.
Tomorrow, the bogusiousness continues!
