Song of the Day: Day 5

Apparently, I am a speedy Gonzolas this morning in getting ready and I have over half an hour of free time before heading off to work! With such a boon, I’ve decided to end this challenge!

The rules

Amazing blogger Sandra, over at What Sandra Thinks has challenged me to do this song a day thing for five days. And do it I shall!

So the rules:

Post a song a day for five consecutive days
Post the name of the song and video
Post what the lyrics mean to you (optional)
Nominate two different bloggers each day of the challenge

Sandra also gave me the rule of no Backstreet Boys, so I will strive to live up to that.

In order to keep the universe being mad at me and not at my dearest Sandra, I will not be nominating any other bloggers. 😉 I’ll take the hit Sandra!

I’m kind of glad this is coming to an end. I’m not sure how much more universe wrath I can take! It’s been one super long and frustrating week and I will be glad when I am back in the good graces of the world and can start having annoyingly happy and good days again.

Today’s song doesn’t come from dinner the other night but from the trip home from school the next day. 3rd forgot his homework so I had to go back to the school and let him get it, so 4th was in the mini-van (yeah, that’s right, I drive mini-vans now!) waiting with me. We had dropped off 2nd at her auntie’s house (where we go for dinner every day) since she had a headache.

As soon as 3rd got back in the van, this song came up in the rotation on my phone, and it got all three of us singing and dancing as we drove away.

Now I’m all jazzed to go to work!
